When it’s time for you to list your house and make a move, I will help with the planning and preparation process. We will work through possible repairs, staging, timing and of course pricing strategy. I am your partner in finding the right service providers and will do everything I can to make sure your house shines bright!

We will also work closely when the buyer market reacts to your home and make sure we’re responding to buyer feedback and negotiating a sale that meets your needs.

Buyer Services

We will embark on a journey to find your perfect next home! To launch things off we’ll set up a buyer consultation meeting to go over your search priorities and set up solid expectations for the process.

The time spent actively touring homes will vary for everyone, but I recommend doing as much preparation and planning so that this time is well spent.

The market can be brutal, we will navigate potential bidding wars and financing options together to make sure you are getting the best fit for your goals.
